Shipping & Returns Policy

NYNJA facemasks ships worldwide. Custom charges, taxes and delivery charges are not included in the prices mentioned per product. We cannot predict the amount that has to be paid in case of custom charges or taxes (overseas shipments) and shall not be held responsible.

After manufacturing your items, we start shipping your order via the method of your choice. Please keep in mind to add the production time to the delivery time as some items may take longer to process for the manufacturer.

The customer shall choose the desired delivery method before proceeding payment. A list of possible shipment options will be concluded in your shopping basket before pursuing payment.

Shipment can take up to maximum 14 business days to be received, depending on the location. Keep in mind the holidays during weekdays. As shipping is handled Bpost. they are responsible for the correct handling of the product to the designated address or pickup point. Should there occur any problems during the trajectory of shipment or if the shipment is not received within a maximum of 5 days after the indicated delivery date, please direct an email to contact@nynja.be with all relevant information and your order number. Or contact us via the virtual assistance tool directly on the website.

 

Delivery Time Frames

 

Your product can take up to maximum of 14 business days to be received. Customized items may take an additional 10 business days to finalize, depending on the graphics and motives used.

Please keep in mind to add the production time to the delivery time as some items may take longer to process for the manufacturer.

If deliveries are delayed for any reason, a note will be posted on the website’s homepage and before checking out, stating the reason why.

Returns & Refunds 

 

As the products are face masks, a return may only be done when the seal of the package is still intact. As soon as the seal is broken, NYNJA masks cannot accept the return of an order. This for safety measures as this item may be already unpacked or worn.

The only case is when there should be a manufacturing error on one of the purchased masks. In this case, the faulty item may be sent back with complete content, in its original packaging. When the above expectations are met, NYNJA masks will then refund your purchase and shipping costs or propose a discount on your next order.

The customer shall contact us via contact@nynja.be or the website chat within 14 days. The defective face mask must be sent back to Damplein 27, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium. When the item is received, it can take up to another 7-15 business days to refund the shipping costs to your bank account, depending on the country. 

However, after receiving your order, the customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without stating reasons, excluding sale products. This only applies to European countries. Customers outside of the EU should comply with the applicable local department of trade.
